ShereOn Group OÜ (“ShereOn Group”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in Estonia, is the controller of personal data processed through this website. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
We keep our own infrastructure but rely on a small number of processors: our hosting and security provider (Cloudflare) and our transactional email provider (Resend). We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising profiling.
Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up, then deleted. Technical logs are retained for a short period for security and troubleshooting.
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).
Where a processor operates outside the European Economic Area, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
